Ultrospec 2200 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer is a simple to use instrument with advanced performance, provided as standard with an automated 8-cell changer. In addition to measuring absorbance and concentration, it provides stored routines for nucleic acid quantitation and a standard curve routine for protein determination. Wavelength scan with zoom, absorbance changes with time, reaction rate determination kinetics, and standard curves can be displayed, saved, and exported. User defined equations can be simply entered using the multi-wavelength mode.
With its large sample compartment, easy to use icon-driven touchscreen and wide range of accessories such as the sipper option for high-throughput users, and GLP self-testing diagnostics, the Ultrospec 2200 is a versatile workhorse instrument providing exceptional reliability for use in any laboratory
